What guests want to know
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out runs to 11:00. A day of notice usually buys an earlier arrival or a later departure.
What is the entry age for the casino?
Eighteen is the age limit. Everyone shows photo ID at the door (passport, ID card or driving licence), our own guests too.
Can day visitors come into the casino, not just guests of the hotel?
Yes. Anyone 18 or older is welcome with ID. Hotel guests have free entry and a first drink at the bar.
Is there a dress code in the casino?
Smart casual. Ski wear and boots are fine in the ski room, but not on the casino floor.
May I set a visit limit or exclude myself?
Yes. Ask any member of the casino team or the duty manager; it is arranged in confidence and applies at once.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is ready from 07:00 to 10:30 in the dining room and is covered by most rates. See your confirmation for the details.
How far are the ski trails and the cable car?
Cross-country trails start about two minutes from the door. The Rosshütte cable car is a ten-minute walk or a short ride on the free village bus.
Can you arrange a transfer from Innsbruck?
Yes. A private car costs €75 each way for up to three guests and takes about thirty minutes. Send us your flight or train details.
Is parking available?
The heated garage costs €18 per night. Spaces are limited in winter, so please reserve one with your room.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible rates are free to cancel up to 48 hours ahead of arrival; non-refundable rates are charged straight away.
