Responsible Gaming

The Alta Plana Casino is a way to spend a mountain evening, not a way to earn one. Here are the rules we hold to and the help we can arrange.

18+ on the floor

Guests must be 18 or older to enter. We ask every visitor for photo ID at the door, including those staying in the house. Under-18s cannot play, watch the tables or wait in the room.

Keeping it light

Agree a figure with yourself before you start and stop at it. Go up for air, keep the time in mind, and never gamble with borrowed money or chase losses. If the evening stops being a pleasure, that is the signal to stop.

Setting limits

Any of the casino staff, or the duty manager, can set a limit on your visits or exclude you from the room for a time you decide. The request stays between us and takes effect immediately.

Help that costs nothing

Gamblers Anonymous: gamblersanonymous.org — a fellowship of people who meet regularly to help each other stop gambling.

BetBlocker: betblocker.org — free software that blocks gambling sites on the devices you choose.
